As an associate lawyer at Chung & Associates, Howard represents Plaintiffs in ICBC and personal injury cases. Howard believes that his role is not just to help clients recover compensation that they deserve, but to also help guide them through this difficult time period. Howard is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Washington State Bar Association.
Howard has worked exclusively in law firms that practiced Plaintiffs-only personal injury law. He has only worked in Plaintiffs-only law firms, because he wants to help people who have suffered an injury as a result of another individual’s negligence or misconduct. He has experience working in law firms in Vancouver, Washington State, and in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Chung & Associates, Howard articled at a law firm in downtown Vancouver, B.C. that practiced Personal Injury and Estate Litigation. He also spent years practicing law in Washington State. Howard is fluent in Cantonese.
