She earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Seoul National University, completed an Intellectual Property graduate program at KAIST, and holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Law at Seoul National University. Throughout her career, Hwangyoung has held prominent legal roles, including practicing at Barun Law, one of Korea’s leading firms, and co-founding Law Firm Insung. She also serves as Vice President of a Korean startup and has advised government agencies such as the Ministry of Science and ICT. Her expertise supports Chung & Associates’ clients with complex Korean legal matters and offers strategic insights on startup developments in Korea.
